Service Terms & Conditions

  1. Water & Power Supply

    • Due to environmental and insurance regulations, Viper Valets Clevedon does not carry water or power on board.
    • All mobile valeting bookings must have a water and power connection available at the service location.
    • Customers who do not have access to water and power can opt for our collection and valet service at our Clevedon premises.
  2. Personal Belongings & Liability

    • Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, and valuable items from their vehicle before the valet service begins.
    • Viper Valets Clevedon cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle during the valet process.
  3. Child Seats

    • For safety reasons, child seats must be removed and refitted by the customer. We will not refit child seats under any circumstances.
  4. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Issues

    • We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by:
      • Ill-fitting trims
      • Loose or faulty parts
      • Pre-existing defects
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any known issues before the valet service begins.
  5. Payment Policy

    • All payments must be made on the day upon completion of the valet.
    • For full-day bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
  6. Changes to Bookings

    • While we strive to keep regular bookings at the same day and time each week, changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Customers will be notified in advance of any changes to their booking schedule.
  7. Customer Risk Agreement

    • All vehicles are cleaned and valeted at the customer’s own risk.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

  1. Additional Charges for Soiling & Extra Work

    • Heavily soiled vehicles may incur an extra surcharge, which will be agreed upon before work commences.
    • We reserve the right to charge an hourly rate for any work that exceeds the scope of the original booking.
  2. Pricing Structure

    • Our prices vary depending on:
      • Valet type
      • Location
      • Vehicle type
      • Condition of the vehicle
    • Prices are advertised as “starting from” rates.
  3. Price Estimates

    • Any quote given over the phone is an estimate only and should be used as a guide, not a guarantee.
    • If the work required exceeds the standard level, the final price may be adjusted accordingly.
  4. Booking Deposits & Payments

    • All full valets, interior valets, and specialist cleaning services require a confirmed booking with a debit or credit card payment before the valet arrives.
  5. Travel Surcharge

    • Bookings outside a 10-mile radius of Clevedon may incur an additional charge, which will be agreed upon during the quoting process.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

    • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a valet booking.
  2. Late Cancellation Charges

    • If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a minimum charge of 50% of the valet price will apply.
    • If a valet is cancelled on the same day without prior agreement, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.
  3. Changes by Viper Valets Clevedon

    • We reserve the right to reschedule or amend bookings due to:
      • Staff availability
      • Weather conditions
      • Operational requirements
    • If changes are necessary, we will inform customers as soon as possible.
